Granted I'm on an NA diff, but even with high end tires (595RSR, RE71R) 1st gear is completely useless and second is mostly useless. And I'm not even on E85. I've considered doing a TT diff swap just for the taller gears. (also partially to help highway rpm too) For drag racing, I totally get it. Insane tires, prepped surface, all the grip you can shake a stick at. Not saying I know everything about the situation, and would be happy to learn what I'm missing.
